The purpose of the Costa Mesa Community Foundation is to raise money to support
and promote community projects within the City of Costa Mesa as designated and
selected by the Board of Directors.

The Concerts in the Park series represents the culmination of our efforts throughout the year. Through this summertime event, we raise money that we put to use as future grants.

Community Grants Program

The Foundation's Community Grants Program takes funds from Concerts  in the Park and awards grants in the areas of Youth Education & Recreation; Park Enhancements; Public Safety, and Community Pride Initiatives.

Costa Mesa's Bridge Shelter provides sleeping quarters, restrooms, showers, meals, social services and a path to establishing permanent housing. Funds offset the professional operations of the facility.

Lions Park is the home of a new two-story, 20,000 square foot library building, renovated Neighborhood Community Center, and an acre of park open space event lawn for fun, family, and educational events.

The Costa Mesa Foundation's goal is to help improve the lives of the residents of Costa Mesa. Our Free summer concerts are being cancelled due to the COVID 19 pandemic and the safety risk it is to the public. Please be safe and we will see you all in 2021!
