Costa Mesa Foundation Bylaws

Established in 1998 to pursue, receive, and distribute funds for community projects, the Foundation links donors, individuals, and organizations that add value to our city. As a non-profit charitable organization, the Foundation manages over $100,000 in accounts for specific community activities.

We also administer a Community Grants Program that funds projects in the following areas:

// Youth Education & Recreation
// Park Development & Maintenance
// Public Safety
// Community Pride Initiatives

The Foundation is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors, including a liaison from the Costa Mesa City Council.
